Terms & Conditions — y887 Online Casino and Sports Betting Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money feature on the y887 Platform. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing bets. y887 enforces mandatory age verification during the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

3.2 Personal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are acting in your personal capacity as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity, syndicate, or third party.

3.3 Single Account. Each individual Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the y887 Platform. Registering, or attempting to register, more than one Account — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balance therein pending investigation.

3.4 No Prior Exclusion. You confirm that you have not previously been self-excluded from y887, nor have you been barred from the Platform for any reason including fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is strictly prohibited.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money features on the y887 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any third party. y887 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 You must notify y887 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 y887 reserves the right to refuse any registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.

5. KYC Verification

5.1 y887 applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all registered Accounts prior to permitting deposits, withdrawals, or real-money gameplay. 6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits via mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account Balance.

6.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Currency

Any currency conversion required to process card transactions is the sole responsibility of the issuing bank or payment provider and is not controlled by y887.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 y887 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus or any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that game or sport.

14. Termination

Upon closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 6 business hours, subject to KYC compliance. Bonus Funds not yet meeting their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

14.2 y887 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false KYC documentation, or otherwise caused harm to the Platform or other Players.

15. Amendments to These Terms

16. General and Governing Terms
